Why I Wrote Building Courageous Connection

God created us for connection. Yet even when we want strong relationships, we can find ourselves repeating old patterns, avoiding hard conversations, or wondering why connection feels harder than it should.

As a former teacher, coach, trainer, and church lay leader, I’ve spent years helping people look closely at what is happening in their lives and take practical next steps. I wrote Building Courageous Connection to bring that kind of honest reflection to our relationships, with Scripture guiding the way.

Over eight weeks, the study invites you to explore why connection matters, consider what has shaped the way you relate to others, and practice engaging with greater courage. My hope is that what you discover will reach beyond the pages and into your everyday relationships.
